Zipdrug by Anthem Inc

Zipdrug software experience is difficult for their internal (Zipdrug representatives) and external (Pharmacist) users to engage with. As a result, Zipdrug is seeing a loss in engagement, lack in retention, and critical data errors from its users.

Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A is looking to reenvision CARES; their webform customer support experience through a reimagine the Customer Service portal call CARES. The new webform strategy looks to empower users with self-service tools.

Capitol One

Capital One is looking to improve Slingshot, their data management software. Slingshot is a data management software that helps businesses manage cloud costs and automate critical cloud governance.

UX Strategy


A plan of action designed to reach an improved future state of the organization's user experience over an established period of time. Scopes for a UX strategy can range to cover a single product, service, or feature; multiple products and services; or entire organizations.

Product Design


Reimagining, designing, and iterating on digital products to solve users' problems and address business-specific needs in a given market.

Service Design


Create products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences by improving touch points in the business’s customer journey. This is the process of improving a business's resources to improve the experience of employees and customers.

Mixed Methods Research


Combining qualitative and qualitative research to understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through observation techniques, task analysis, and other feedback methodologies.

  • While some basic understanding of the design process is helpful, it is not required to start a project. I have experience guiding a variety of clients ranging from start-ups to enterprises.

    My approach for this project is to work collaboratively, to help ensure we are aligned every step of the way.

  • A project varies based on your specific needs.

    Final deliverables can include sitemaps, wireframes, ideation documentation, style tiles, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, or research reports.

  • UX Design for your business will help identify your users, understand their needs and problems and hence allow you to define better solutions to address their problems. The end result is enhanced customer satisfaction and increased loyalty, and both of these are incredibly important for your business.

  • Project payments are split up into three payments:

    50% - To begin the project

    45% - At the halfway milestone

    5% - For final deliverables handoff
